Financing Options
Most cosmetic procedures and preventative and wellness services are considered elective treatments and are not covered by traditional insurance plans. We understand your budget may not always allow you the freedom to pay up-front for the care you need and deserve, so we are proud to offer you financing through CareCredit.

Applying for patient financing is a quick and easy process, and you can be approved within minutes.

Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete required medical background and consent forms. This will insure our schedule runs smoothly.
Parking
One-hour free parking is available about a half block away from our office. You may also utilize metered street parking and valet in the rear of our building, off Canon Drive.
Payment
All payments must be made in full prior to receiving treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.
Insurance
For medical services covered by insurance, we can give you a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company and they may reimburse any monies directly to you.
Payment Plans and Financing Options
Regardless of your financial situation, you deserve to look at feel your best! That’s why we offer financing plans for a variety of budgets. Our office manager is happy to discuss options available through our office and from CareCredit.
Cancellation / Change / No-Show Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule treatments and/or procedures. If you are unable to provide notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation/change/no show fee will apply and you will be billed for the entire amount of the scheduled treatment.
Complimentary Consultation
Since complimentary consultations require special paperwork, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. There is also a 24-hour cancellation policy for consultations.
