		<description>You&#039;re right, of course, not all microwaved food is bad! I hope that wasn&#039;t the impression given by my post. But you must admit, fresh vegetables, fruits and grains are not often prepared in a microwave. The point the article was trying to make is that people are choosing to microwave pre-prepared, processed food; frozen meals, pizzas, etc, because in many (most?) cases they are less expensive than preparing fresh food.</description>

		<description>I am one of those heavy microwave users.  I use it almost exclusively while my oven sits idle.  But just because you use a microwave does not mean that you are eating unhealthy foods.  Microwaves are great for making perfect vegetables (fresh or frozen), cooking a quick scrambled egg, heating homemade leftovers -- all without heating up the kitchen.</description>
