EVALUATION PHASE

Before embarking on our treatment program, it is necessary to determine if hormone replacement and treatment is appropriate for you. We start with a comprehensive evaluation consisting of the following steps:

• A consultation to review your current concerns and any other health issues that may be relevant to your health.
  
• Baseline blood tests, adrenal stress test and human growth hormone urine profile to evaluate to carefully measure your current hormone levels.
• State of the art metabolic testing and body composition analysis.
• An evaluation analysis appointment where Dr. Berger will review your lab report and questionnaires, and makes treatment recommendations based upon your health history, health status, lab results, symptoms concerns, lifestyle and hormone levels.

TREATMENT PHASE

If your evaluation indicates that you would benefit from hormone therapy treatment, you would begin the Treatment Program Phase, which is supervised and monitored by Dr. Berger on a yearly basis. Identifying deficiencies and prescribing appropriate hormones and supplements at proper levels requires careful supervision and on-going monitoring of your treatment. Your personalized plan includes a variety of specific paths to reach your ultimate goal of a balanced lifestyle in foundational areas such as hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, relationships and spirituality, as well as alternative and complementary therapies, and non-surgical cosmetic enhancements.

Our integrative approach includes a medical history and goals, lifestyle evaluation, bio-markers of aging testing, skin analysis, physical exam, medication information, injection lessons. Based on this information, Dr. Berger then creates a unique anti-aging treatment plan based on your health history, goals, symptoms, and laboratory test results.

Once you begin your program, your body’s chemistry will change; you will be more in touch with your body and you will feel and look better. We will require follow-up laboratory testing and visits so we may regularly monitor your progress, answer your questions and adjust your treatment if needed. OUT-OF-TOWN PATIENTS

Everyday, our office accommodates many patients who drive or fly in for their appointments. Your initial visit is the most important and the most time consuming, and it is critical that you are seen by Dr. Berger for this first visit. Depending on your particular needs and goals and Dr. Berger’s treatment plan is prepared specially for you. You will be required to have follow-up visits with Dr. Berger at certain periodic intervals to assure effective and safe treatment. Every patient is different, and may require their own program agenda as directed by Dr. Berger.

We accommodate any geographical challenge, domestic and international, and we will work with you to ensure your visits with us are both convenient and positive. Our office is in the heart of Beverly Hills and out-of-town patients often enjoy some shopping and celebrity watching around our office before or after their appointment. There are many hotels, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Our office has fluent English, Spanish, and French speaking staff.
